The brief

One new product. A fixed cart date. Nothing designed yet.

The brief arrived on 12 September: Local Media Empire, a new AI platform that lets anyone run a local news publication, launching on JVZoo for Chad Nicely, with Karthik Ramani running JV relations. The cart date couldn’t move: Wednesday 23 September, 11 AM EST.

That set three jobs in a fixed order. Recruit the affiliates first, so the partner page had to exist before anything else. Warm buyers up with a live webinar on launch morning. Then sell the front end and every upgrade behind it, with each page strong enough to stand on its own.

The funnel

Seven pages, one path to the bundle.

Every page had one job. Affiliates came in through the partner page; buyers moved from the webinar to the bundle.

The design system

One system, six colour worlds.

Every page shares one set of components, so the funnel feels like one product. But each page takes its colours from its own product box, so a buyer always knows they’ve reached a new offer.

  1. 1The product box sets the hue.
  2. 2The page goes almost black, with just a hint of it.
  3. 3The buy button is the one colour the page hasn’t used yet.

Section by section

Every scroll answers the next question.

Before I design a single pixel, I map the questions a buyer asks as they scroll, in the order they ask them. Here’s how the Local Media Empire sales page answers each one.

  1. HeroLocal Media Empire sales sales page: hero section
    01

“What is this, and is it for me?”

How the page answers: One promise and one audience in a single headline, with the brand’s map pin standing in for the “o” in Local. Nothing else on the screen competes with it.

  2. Success storiesLocal Media Empire sales sales page: success stories section
    02

“Has this worked for anyone like me?”

How the page answers: Success stories show up before a single feature does, laid out as pinned newspaper clippings with each key phrase highlighted.

  3. 3 simple stepsLocal Media Empire sales sales page: 3 simple steps section
    03

“How hard is this going to be?”

How the page answers: Three steps under a CREATE ✦ GENERATE ✦ PUBLISH band, so the buyer sees how little they need to learn.

  4. DemoLocal Media Empire sales sales page: demo section
    04

“Can I see it actually working?”

How the page answers: A real walkthrough of the product in a studio-monitor frame, surrounded by the publications it creates.

  5. Launch priceLocal Media Empire sales sales page: launch price section
    05

“What does it cost, and is it worth it?”

How the page answers: The price lands only after the value, right next to the monthly cost it replaces.

  6. GuaranteeLocal Media Empire sales sales page: guarantee section
    06

“What if it doesn’t work for me?”

How the page answers: A 30-day triple guarantee, placed right before the buyer has to decide.

About this project.

Ask me about your page →
Who designed the Local Media Empire launch funnel?

I did. I’m Amit Verma, a sales page and funnel designer from India. I designed all 7 main pages of the Local Media Empire launch for Chad Nicely in September 2026, from the partner page to the bundle.

How did the Local Media Empire launch perform?

It made $135K+ in launch sales, 35.63% of buyers took the Pro upgrade, and it won JVZoo Product of the Day on 24 September 2026.

How long did the whole funnel take?

11 days, from the first brief on 12 September to cart open on 23 September 2026. That covered the partner page, the webinar sign-up, the sales page, three upgrades and the bundle.

How do 7 pages stay consistent but still feel different?

They share one design system, re-coloured page by page from each product box. The page goes almost black with a hint of the box’s hue, and the buy button is the one colour the page hasn’t used yet.

Can you design a launch funnel like this for my product?

Yes. Send me your page link, or your product if you don’t have a page yet, on WhatsApp or Facebook. I’ll reply with 3 fixes, free, and a quote.
