1. About the Site

The Site is the personal and professional website of Amit Verma, a sales page and funnel designer, and showcases his work and services. It is provided for informational purposes.

2. Use of the Site

You may view and use the Site for lawful, personal and business-evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code.
• Scrape, copy or republish Site content at scale without permission.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the design, text, graphics and other content of the Site are owned by or licensed to Spiety Technologies Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client names, logos, products, screenshots and testimonials shown as work samples remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for portfolio purposes. You may not reproduce or reuse Site content without our prior written consent.

4. Services and engagements

Any design or consulting services are provided under a separate written agreement, proposal, quote or statement of work agreed between you and us. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to enter into a binding contract, and browsing the Site, messaging us, asking for a free page teardown or booking an introductory call does not by itself create a client relationship. Any pricing shown on the Site or quoted in a chat is indicative until confirmed in writing.

5. Free page teardown

The free page teardown is a short review of a page you send us, offered at our discretion and without obligation. It is general advice based on what we can see, not a promise of any result, and you are free to use the suggestions whether or not you work with us.

6. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party websites and uses third-party services (for example WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams, Calendly, demo pages and embedded video). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

7. Results disclaimer

Any revenue figures, case studies, testimonials and results referenced on the Site (including the “$50M+” client revenue, “200+ launches”, JVZoo Product of the Day wins and similar figures) reflect specific past outcomes achieved with particular clients and projects. They are illustrative, are not a promise or guarantee of any result, and should not be interpreted as typical. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, market, offer and execution.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spiety Technologies Pvt Ltd and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spiety Technologies Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “last updated” date will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
