1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Spiety Technologies Pvt Ltd, registered in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. For any privacy-related question you can reach us at hello@amitpreneur.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Messages. When you message us on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, LinkedIn, Microsoft Teams or email (for example, to ask for a free page teardown), we receive what you choose to share: your name, the contact details or profile that platform shows us, your page link, and anything you write to us. The message builder on the Site only prepares your message. It is sent from your own app or account, and nothing you type into it is stored by us.
• Call bookings. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name and email address, and shares them with us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your device and browser type and your approximate location, collected with Google Analytics so we can understand how the Site is used.
• How you interact with pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement), collected with Microsoft Clarity as heatmaps and session recordings so we can improve the design. Clarity masks what you type into form fields.
• Standard technical information your browser sends with each request (for example, IP address and user agent), which may appear in our hosting provider’s server logs.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your messages and send you the free page teardown you asked for.
• To prepare quotes, schedule and hold calls, and deliver the projects you engage us for.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of reputable service providers to run the Site and talk to you. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service, under its own privacy policy:

• WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram (Meta): carry the messages you send us on those apps.
• LinkedIn and Microsoft Teams: carry the messages you send us there.
• Calendly: schedules calls when you book one.
• Wistia: serves the video testimonials embedded on the Site.
• Google Fonts: serves the typefaces used on the Site.
• Our hosting provider: hosts the Site and keeps standard server logs.
• Cloudflare: delivers and protects the Site and measures aggregate traffic.
• Google Analytics (Google): measures how visitors use the Site.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft): shows how visitors interact with pages through heatmaps and session recordings.

5. Cookies

The Site uses first-party cookies from Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to count visits and understand how pages are used. It does not use advertising cookies. Embedded third-party features, such as the Wistia video player, may set their own cookies or local storage when you use them, and the messaging apps and Calendly apply their own policies once you open them. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s official browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

6. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes above. For example, we keep message and project correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to serve you and keep our business records.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@amitpreneur.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International transfers

We operate from India and use service providers that may process data in other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
